Liposuction or fat aspiration, is aspiration of unnecessary fat from places where it is difficult to get rid of it. The main advantage of the treatment is that liposuction is a permanent reduction of fat, which does not appear to have a jojo effect. It is important, however, that for the next 2 to 4 weeks after the procedure, wear special compression clothing. This makes the skin shrunk and the effect of drooping folds is avoided. Liposuction can be repeated with 2 or more treatments with a maximum of 3 liters of fat for large amounts of fat. 

Contraindications for liposuction: • pregnancy and lactation • unstable chronic diseases • autoimmune diseases • cardiac problems and blood clotting disorders • diabetes • purulent skin infections.

WHAT IS TUMESCENT?

Because the solution in addition to the physiological (saline) solution also contains adrenaline (causing shrinkage of blood vessels) and certain amounts of anesthetic (usually lidocaine) anesthetic, the use of another anesthetic is not necessary. The anesthetics contained in the infiltration solution also have a lipophilic effect - It causes, without any side effects, the surface descent of fat cells. During this method often 2-3 times more solution is injected than the volume of adipose tissue to be removed. This results in temporary tumescence of the subcutaneous tissue that provides the possibility of using thin rounded cannulas whose diameter we would have to double or triple if we were dealing with non-filtered tissue.
